PLAYWRITING

Ever since I was a young child, I've been writing plays. I am a storyteller in my soul and, with the stage as my canvas, I take pride in the creative and intellectual crucible of playwriting. My work explores activist perspectives on individual and collective meaning. I am particularly drawn to Verbatim theatre for their power to elevate historically unrecognized narratives and voices. In addition to writing, I enjoy musical composition and production, resulting in the creation of several original musicals in a modern, experimental dance-pop style. Additionally, I encourage you to read As Much For Your Sake, a gay verbatim play crafted from the real letters sent between queers lovers throughout history.
